What began as a central-service solution for three businesses — Groundhouse Coffee, Blazer Strategies, and MythicHire — became a broader mission: proving that seller financing can bring more and better paying jobs into communities, and that capitalism can be a tool for building wealth across an entire community, not just for the people at the top.
Keith Davenport is the founder of 030 Holding Company and Asideo. His roots are in nonprofit and public sector work, where he learned what communities need and what gets in the way of building them. He brought those lessons into the private sector not to leave the mission behind, but to pursue it more effectively.
